Dave has an extensive background in IT having previously worked for corporates such as ICL/Fujitsu and SPSS. His speciality lies in being able to take advanced technologies and turn them into everyday, useful solutions.

Dave founded XDM and is still involved in all aspects of the business.

Ros Hambly (Lead Consultant)

Ros boasts an impressive CV and has been involved with IT in Accounting practices for a number of years. She was the Solution 6 (now MYOB) distributor for Zimbabwe during which time she dealt with the majority of major corporate accounting firms in the country.

Ros uses her knowledge to ensure clients get the best solution possible from XDM.
